Hatun und Can e.V.

Hatun und Can is a charity that protects women of all nationalities who are in danger of becoming victims of violence.

We are not social workers in the conventional sense of the word and also do not engage in prevention or education.

Additionally we do not evaluate familiar situations.

We respect the wishes of women in need of help and who are of the opinion that their own personal safety requires their relocation.

We strive to quickly and unbureaucratically assist them with this wish in the hope that their situation may normalise.

We are unlike official bodies who often take a long time for the preparation of the necessary paperwork. This time could substantially increase the danger to the affected women.

This is where we actively want to help!!!

We ask that only those women in real crisis situations make use of our service so that our time, effort and money can help those who really need it.
